Brie Larson is showcasing her finest table settings as she gets ready to release her inaugural cookbook.
The Academy Award winner, who is 35 years old, hinted at something recently. Instagram Earlier this month, she hinted that her followers would be treated to a significant announcement regarding her upcoming venture. The very next day, she revealed that she plans to publish a cookbook titled "Party People," which has been co-authored with ex-Milk Bar culinary director Courtney McBroom.

It appears that Larson drew inspiration from one of her most recent roles—portraying scientist and chef Elizabeth Zott in the Apple TV+ series “ Lessons in Chemistry "—as the actor will demonstrate her culinary abilities with 100 innovative recipes and countless concepts for eccentric and quirky gatherings," according to a press release From publisher Penguin Random House, McBroom served as the food consultant on the show.
According to the press release, Larson and McBroom have been close companions for many years, having bonded initially through their shared passion for cuisine. They've jointly hosted several gatherings centered around tasty meals as well. Consequently, they chose to merge these two cherished activities into one project: authoring a cookbook.
The statement from the release noted, "They composed Party People to assist you in forging significant bonds with your loved ones—be it family, friends, or even yourself." It also mentioned, "With dishes such as Old Pal cocktails, Cheesy Jenga Bread, and Dueling Roast Chickens at hand, they’ve got everything sorted for you."
Penguin Random House characterizes the partnership as "a fun-filled cookbook" that will additionally feature party suggestions and meal plans.
“The release also noted that they provide you with the means to ignite a fresh dining transformation at home, making connections the main focus, while hosting becomes secondary.”
Larson marked the announcement of her cookbook with enthusiasm. Instagram In a shared posting with McBroom.
She shared a video depicting herself and McBroom feigning waking up following a raucous gathering. In the footage, they discover Larson’s phone and create a segment where they announce the creation of a book titled "Entertaining and Hosting Made Fun." Upon hearing this, Larson snatches the book and unveils its cover, revealing an image of both of them looking glamorous with raised wine glasses at a well-laden table brimming with snacks and delicious dishes.
At the conclusion of the video snippet, they urge viewers to pre-order the book prior to McBroom setting off a confetti launcher.

"Party People" is scheduled for release in Fall 2025.
